Order Placement

Once your order is placed and received by VOJ, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. VOJ reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time for any reason.

Order Changes

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders that have already been shipped from the warehouse cannot be canceled. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us at contact@voiceofjapan.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within five business days, allowing you to check the status of your shipment.
