Shipping Policy

• You can check the shipping fees and estimated delivery times for domestic and international shipping.
• Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.
• VOJ will ship products to the address specified by the customer.
• VOJ is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping addresses.
• Packages returned to VOJ as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees for resending.
• Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation but without signature confirmation.
